Community Resources

Disclaimer

At Shining Light Counseling, we believe no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone. The resources listed below are shared with the hope that they may offer support, connection, or guidance to those who need it. These organizations do meaningful work in our community, and we’re grateful for the help they provide.

Even so, we want to be clear that we are not affiliated with these organizations and do not have formal partnerships or endorsements with them. Our intention is simply to point you toward additional places where care and support may be found.

Career Coaching

Kim Belli

If you are between 20 and 35, career decisions can feel overwhelming—especially when traditional career advice does not fit how you process information, communicate, or navigate work environments. I provide individualized career coaching designed specifically for neurodivergent adults, with a practical, respectful approach that builds on strengths, interests, and real-world abilities. Services include career exploration, identifying suitable work environments, interview and workplace readiness, accommodation planning, and step-by-step job direction. The goal is not to change who you are, but to help you find work that fits you and supports long-term success and independence.

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and more than 20 years of experience helping individuals successfully return to work or move toward meaningful new career paths. My approach is collaborative and practical, working closely with clients, employers, physicians, and HR teams to address medical, vocational, behavioral, and financial factors while navigating FMLA, ADA accommodations, and disability-related employment barriers. I specialize in transferable skills analysis, vocational planning, labor-market research, ergonomic and accommodation assessments, and individualized return-to-work strategies that are flexible, realistic, and cost-effective. Whether you are managing a health condition, navigating disability leave, transitioning as a young adult, or redefining your career direction, I provide thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and personalized support every step of the way.
