Life as a Journey
Sometimes life can feel unmanageable, scary or out of control. Do you want to learn some ways to make meaningful change in your life?
I provide a non-judgmental, safe space to explore while building resiliency to tackle life’s challenges. I believe meaningful change is possible and use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help you heal from past experiences and move through challenging times.
I enjoy helping people through the many phases of change in life. These can include moving into adulthood, adjusting to parenthood, change in careers, a disabling event, empty nesters, retirement, a recent loss, marriage or divorce (to name a few). We all have many roles and during life changes sometimes those roles change and we grapple for understanding and meaning. And, sometimes, even planned for and wanted change can be hard to adjust to. Whatever you are experiencing, whether it’s fear, anxiety, being overwhelmed or feeling down, we can work together in an environment where you can feel safe and secure while obtaining valuable tools to help you feel ready to address those challenges that come your way.
Working together, we can create a plan that involves healing from past events, breaking negative patterns and habits, and learning new skills in order to live a higher quality of life. When we’ve finished working together, my goal is that you walk out of my office feeling like you have healed, grown, and confident that you have the tools you need to face life’s ups and downs.
I look forward to starting the conversation and welcome the opportunity to be a part of your journey.

I have a great passion for counseling as I get to be present with my clients in their time of need and remind them, they are not alone. I feel honored to be a part of an individual’s journey as they begin to grow in their acceptance, empowerment, and self-love. It is an amazing process to witness.
